"Overall the hotel was a great choice. The location was convenient to Broadway and other tourist attractions and the valet service was a great experience. The location was also easy for uber services to pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the rooftop restaurant. The bartender, Matt, was incredible but we had to send our food back. Our burgers were sausage patties and our salads consisted of a bowl of wilted bagged lettuce. The next day we brought our own food to the rooftop to enjoy the weather and view only to be kicked out for not eating from the hotel menu. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy the prettiest part of the hotel. "

"Dirty and the carpet in the room smelled really bad I asked for an iron since there wasn’t one In the room at 7:45am they never came I went to my business meeting wrinkled even after calling twice my son called again at 3:09pm so we could go to dinner it finally arrived at 4:00pm "

"We’ve never stayed here before this trip. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and was beautifully decorated. The amenities were great. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. Definitely will stay here again!"

"This was a wonderful experience. Kiki at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The bunk bed room was a hit for my son. The shower felt so good you don’t want to leave, especially with the minty soap. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. And everything was close enough to walk to. "
