Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."

"This is my second time staying at hotel Ravi. It is a quiet and cozy hotel with excellent service and amazing crew. It is just a quick walk up from the hippodrome next to the museum of Islamic art. Everything is within walking distance, from convenient stores and tram stops to beautiful sightseeing locations, yet it is in a nook that is away from hustle. "A great place to stay. My 3rd time in Istanbul and i will definitley come back to Sura again. A beautiful courtyard makes this place rather special. Specious rooms, well equiped gym (although a proper spinning bike would have been a good addition), nice breakfast with a wide choice of food for any taste. But especially i would like to mention the service. It was impacable. Any request was dealt with promptly with politness and profesionalism and a big smile. What not to like. "

Hotel very well maintained and very quiet because it is located in a small side street. However, we did not get our bottle water and coffee replenishment in our room 2 days in a row.
