"Overall the property was lovely however the veranda was quite dirty and the mix up at reception over whether I'd paid or not (when i clearly had a receipt) was a bit of a let down. However being able to extend our checkout by an hour was amazing. The location is spot on with access to shops, dining and transport right at front door and the view of the lake breath taking. I'd definitely recommend and stay again. "
