"Good location for our visit"

"Barely any ammenities in the rooms. No signage for water (or any items) in the mini bar and then told we’d need to pay at check out. No instructions in the room at all. Bathrooms are dirty, carpets were not vacuumed. There was a lot of noise during the middle of the night from the floor above and in the early morning (8am) from housekeepers banging and making lots of noise. They blocked out door with trolleys and vacuums on multiple occasions. Overall the quality and service has decreased since my last stay and it was a pretty underwhelming/ unrelaxing experience. "

"Our room was steps away from the beautiful, plant-filled atrium, so we had drinks there every night and enjoyed the delicious, well-priced food at the hotel restaurant. For atmosphere and value, we can't recommend the Pavilion highly enough!"
