"Our experience had both positives and negatives. The staff at Diablo Cantina were very rude, and the food was disappointing. It was served in a way that felt as though it was simply thrown onto the table, which made for an unpleasant dining experience.
The initial check-in process moved quickly, but when we arrived at the self-service kiosk, it would not complete our check-in despite our reservation being in the system and us arriving at the correct time. We ultimately had to locate an employee to correct the issue.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable; however, the refrigerator had been removed, which was an inconvenience. We also had difficulty obtaining towels, requiring three separate requests through three different methods before they were finally delivered.
On a positive note, the valet attendants and bell staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. Their excellent customer service made a significant difference in our overall stay and was one of the highlights of our experience."
