"We have stayed at Union Creek Resort many times, and have enjoyed them every time! On this trip, there were 10 of us. This time, the staff was especially helpful. I asked for and received early check-in. I noticed that some of the pots were showing signs of excessive wear, and the staff immediately replaced the whole set. I left a bag at the cabin after departure and it was mailed to me quickly. Finally, on our last night we shared a pie from Beckie's Cafe. What a great trip!"

"Cabins were over 20 miles from West Yellowstone. When I booked, I searched for places to stay in West Yellowstone, not someplace so far away. Also, road into cabins was poorly plowed and as it got warmer and snow became slush it was an adventure getting to and from our cabin."

"One of the best hotels on the strip, it looks so good and most of the food is great. Avoid Cafe americano pizza and coffee is sub par. But Bobby Flay is next level and the bakery next to it as well, the tower restaurant was also wonderful, pricy but top notch food. Location is fantastic right in front of Bellagio. Definitely would stay again."
"Room was clean, but bathroom door would not close, called hotel several times to fix door or switch rooms, they kept saying they would send someone to fix but it wouldn’t happen. My last night I asked for late checkout at least to compensate for all the trouble and they refused! Very disappointed! "
"The staff were friendly. Not impressed being guided to ticket sales people because we arrived early and were told we couldn't check in yet so when the sales people went through their speel we found the check in kiosks, and we were able to check in early, just had to pay a minimal fee. The rest of the stay was okay except there was not even Luke warm water for a bath/shower past 8am in the mornings."
"We enjoyed our four night stay at the Horseshoe. Love that it is attached to the Paris Hotel which has better restaurant options. Horseshoe is very conveniently located. All staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Carpet/rooms were a little dated but well stocked and a good size. Definitely a great value for the money. We would return without hesitation."
"It would have been a great stay if the convention wasn't going on. We were there for Disney. It was SO PACKED you couldn't even walk through the lobby. Uber/Lyft couldn't get in because the traffic was so crazy so they would constantly drop us for a ride. We couldn't walk out of the hotel and to the left unless you had a conventions badge (which made our walk longer). They have conventions all the time, but this is a worldwide convention, so it was insane. Don't stay here if you are not part of a major convention and it's going on. You are unable to get a Starbucks, a ride, or even walk in the lobby. They should just block this hotel of during a convention of this magnitude. The actual room was great just the accommodations. Or maybe a warning prior to the trip on thier website. "
