No one called to explain about the broke elevator nor offer to pay the money I paid back…nor was there an action plan in place to offer an another hotel. It’s was just terrible elderly people treated like this. I e were told the elevators were down since last Wednesday."

"Have witnessed drug deals going down next door twice while staying at this location. 2 local police vehicles and an ambulance were in the hotel when we checked in. Some of the physical facilities are looking worn. Graffiti etched in the elevator."
