The property was clean and good value. Although located at the services we did not hear any noise. Bed was very comfortable. The services themselves felt run down with a lack of places to eat as many of them were shut. However good pub in Westerton which was only 5 mins away using the key code to exit and enter through Clacket Lane

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Although the room was clean the building really needs an update. There also needs to be more electricity sockets and phone charging facilities in the rooms, particularly beside the bed. Most hotels have this facility. Also room keys need to be updated. Very few hotels use traditional keys now.

Really friendly staff, large clean room with 2 coffee options, and big TV. However, these motorway services are really run down. They have really poor food options and an appalling supermarket. The hotel is in need of a refresh, the carpets look sticky! As a cheap place to sleep it is fine, but the hotel and general services seem like something from 20 years ago.
