"I really love this property. I find that the lobby and surround area is super cute/cozy and Helen at the bar is fabulous. I hate to say this...but no matter what time I show up the front desk somehow makes sure I get into my room. The room has great bath sheets/robes/slippers and I love the Balmain bath products. Room service is prompt and in my opinion the food is really great! If you ask for anything they make it happen. "

We enjoyed the spacious comfortable lobby. It was great to unwind in the evening with family as an extension of our room.
