"Liked the hotel and if we come back to the area it's on our list. Breakfast was nice to have but the quality of things like the eggs looked and felt overlooked or trying to cut any dollar they can. The layout of the buffet really did not lend any benefit to how it could be good. Lots of potential for improvement. Would recommend the waffles thou. It was nice having the underground parking to come back to and the facility overall was good. Did not interact with staff much which is why it's a neutral rating and did not spend time using things like the pool. Cannot leave a review for any of those. For the TV side of things we didn't find it to be anything good. Options were below any tangible value. Room was great overall and liked how things like the soap was dispensed as it has some thought put into it. Would have liked thicker covers on the bed as they were too light and thin. Will go back."

"Love staying at staybridge suites when in Hamilton, rooms are always clean.. All staff are friendly and attentive at all times Great choice for breakfast and you now also get a complimentary dinner.. The last 2 nights have been fajitas and tacos Used the laundry twice and great value for money, these dryer sheets leave your clothes smelling nice for days Rooms are a great size, with a kitchenette, bathroom and your own walk in wardrobe Bed was super comfy and slept well, even though was over the main entrance and construction going on directly opposite Used the pantry twice and great value for money, they have everything you need"

"I celebrated my partner’s 55th birthday at this beautiful historic hotel, and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The room was generally clean and well-maintained; however, I did notice an accumulation of dust behind the nightstand, along with a discarded water bottle. I reported these concerns to management through the app, but unfortunately, they were not addressed before our departure. While the shower’s water pressure was not quite as strong as I would have preferred, the waterfall showerhead was a lovely feature, and the hot tub was an added luxury that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel’s location was excellent, with several restaurants within walking distance and convenient access to the surrounding area. The keyless entry system made both check-in and check-out seamless and efficient. However, one drawback to this convenience was the limited interaction with hotel staff. Although staff members were present during our departure, we were not acknowledged as we exited the building. A simple farewell or acknowledgment would have added a more personal and welcoming touch to the experience. On a particularly positive note, the security guard was absolutely wonderful! He was warm, welcoming, personable, and exceptionally attentive. His hospitality truly stood out and contributed positively to our stay. Finally, the hotel’s historic architecture was undoubtedly the *crème de la crème* of the entire experience! The character, elegance, and timeless beauty—AWESOME!"
