"We had a great stay. Checkin was smooth and staff took the time to explain things. Our room was an accessible room which did have an automatic door opener which was appreciated. The bathroom had support railings for the shower and the toilet but we were disappointed that there was no fold down seat for the shower like in the photos. Swimming pool was great and we spent a fair amount of time there. Just a heads up that the entrance to the pool area, gym and laundry does not have automatic door openers. Air con in our room was noisy and we just ended up turning it off. No issues with accessible parking."

"This property is on the lake with terrific waterfront rooms and beautiful sunsets! It is located just off the QEW freeway so convenient to access but no shopping or dining options nearby other than the onsite restaurant which is pricey. The food was very good but service not so great and they do not serve breakfast. The hotel offers a very limited muffins, bagels & toast as a "continental breakfast" but do not expect much to select from and even the staff apologized for it without my saying anything. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful so I would stay here again!"

"The property is conveniently located off the major highway through the city, breakfast was fine (scrambled eggs, a protein, usually sausage patties, and the usual assortment of breakfast cereal, fruit, etc...), fitness center is just a few dumb bells and a cable machine.,there are classes in the pool so that limits availability."
