"The resort was so well maintained, safe and beautiful. The staff were very patient, helpful and polite, and did look after us, especially our 8 month old daughter Leela , very well. Airport shuttle was easy to find, and very comfortable. Bar was excellent. "It was my first time at Trident Nariman Point and i cannot express how much ive enjoyed my stay. Every single staff member made our stay comfortable and memorable. From the person who checked us in, helped us get upgraded to a room with a nicer view as no other king room was available, to Akaash at the bell desk person, who came running to get my luggage as I left the hotel and stood with me till my uber came., to all the restaurants where we dined late in the night due to our usa work schedule, all with a smile, taking great care of us, to the pool staff, gym staff and everyone I interacted with them. Trident even helped replace the chair in my room with an office chair to help me work. I give you a 10/10 and will 100% return. "
