"I was surprised about how run-down this hotel was. I haven't been to a hotel as run-down in a long time. The TV didn't work properly (we were told it was happening in the whole hotel), the hot tub was out of order, all the electric outlets didn't work at the same time (thus melting everything we had in the freezer). I'm not convinced the beds were queen-sized (though that's what we booked) but I was too frustrated to actually measure. I got what I paid for and I paid for the cheapest hotel in the area."

"This was an awful motel. It smells like cigarettes right when you walk in, the lady at the counter was quite rude, and our room didn't have soap. The bedding felt like it was made out of cheap scratchy polyester and was hard as a rock, although the pillows were alright. Only 1 outlet worked in our room and the tv had maybe 20 crappy tv channels, none for young kids. There was over 30 people in the tiny pool and hardly any room to move. To top it off the walls/ceiling were extremely thin and i spent all night listening to footsteps, talking, flushing, and someone getting down in the bed above us. I had to have music on loudly on my phone so my kids could fall asleep. I absolutely do not recommend this place and yes it was cheap but for $140/night you would think it would be a little better. "

"West 25th street was fun and interesting to explore. The view of the mountains was not some panoramic vista but I wouldn’t expect that in the city. They were close enough to catch our attention and make us want to drive to them."

"You get what you pay for. initial check in with staff was nice and went smoothly. Getting to the room, the door handle seemed as if someone tried to pry it loose with the entire mechanism moving more than noticeably every time you opened, closed and ensured the door was locked. Sheets were dingy and had yellow stains on them, comforters had cigarette burns in them, all the towels were stained with either brown or yellow spots. Microwave didn’t work, tv remote had a sticky substance on the back of it. Bright side was. It’s near a highway and shares a parking lot with a 24 hr truck stop."
