Vera was especially helpful as she helped us get the shuttle as our parking situation at the airport didnt work out. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful. As we were dealing with both a birth and death at the same time it was helpful to have such a caring staff as l was very frazzled. "

"We spent one night here. The room was adequate, relatively clean, although the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the ice machine on the first floor was out of order. There was a lot of airport noise early in the evening, but it subsided by 10 PM thank goodness. Nice to have hot coffee available at 6 AM but unless you like sugar and carbs for breakfast, there was not much to offer. For the price, this hotel was clean enough, quiet enough, and accommodating enough. It was definitely a good deal."

"Good location next to airport. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same as most hotels, waffle, eggs, cereal, etc. The only thing I could say was a con is the shuttle will not take you anywhere other than the airport. We arrived late and had to pick up our rental car the next morning and had to get an Uber to go 3 miles. "

"Due to the high crime in SLC they don't accept cash even for tips. Bummer for the staff"
