"I didn't stay there for landscape. We check in 9th floor tower room. Go in and the room isn't clean so I go back down to the lobby and she switches room. The coffee maker didn't work so we took it out, we had to reset and plug the coffee maker in. Went downstairs to checkout and was asked if we self parked yes we did, well there's an 18 dollar fee. No one said anything about a self park fee Disappointed in Wyoming"

"The pool and hot tub were out of service. When we walked into our room the whole AC unit was not working and we let the staff know and she was very rude, she insisted that it was working prior to us getting there. We asked for extra blanket since the room was cold and we never received them. There was trash behind the beds and underneath the sink. There was only one trash can for the entire room. There were holes in a wall and a door. It smelt like urine. We asked for the room to be recleaned, and she commented that they didn't have housekeeping at the time of day but will see what she could do and nothing was done. "

"Well there was not a coffee maker, no hot water boiler or microwave in our room, we had to go to the lobby for any of that. It was quite inconvenient, never had a hotel without a coffee maker or something to heat water with."

"Walkable distance to the Eccles. Safe neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, and nice motel, especially for the price, would stay here again."

"I love this city. Love this hotel. Wish I could just stay there but alas! Breakfast is great, wish they had more than free weights in the gym but I can't complain, they lift the same."

"Everything is newly remodeled and updated, so that was nice. The entryway and hallway walls were dingy. The breakfast was free so how can I complain? We were on a 30 hour driving turnaround and needed a quick place to sleep and it did the job. I'd say 6/10."

"Mitchell and Melanie were top notch "amenities". Our stay wouldn't have been as good if the 2 individuals weren't here! Mitchell was so welcoming and easy to talk to! Melanie made the Executive Lounge amazing! Tending to our every need and loving on us!!"
