"Staff was fine, the room and area was pretty clean, my biggest issues were that the bed was very hard, the chair in the room was either broken (it leand back and to one side, making it difficult to sit in comfortabley), and there is an almost one inch gap in the bottom of the room door (this may be why it was fairly difficult to open or close as well). I selected this place because the rating on Expedia was on the higher side. I honestly do not know how it got to such a high rating with the beds, unless many people out there do not like soft beds"

"My parking felt safe, they're pet friendly. The only thing i didnt like, was that other pet owners do not clean after their pets. Therefore the grassy area is full of dog poop."

"The rooms appeared to be brand new - still had the new paint/new carpet smell, which was nice. The room was very nice quality furniture and lovely spacious and clean shower. We do wish the toilet room had a fan option. The downsides of staying here is there’s not really any casual food options. We don’t want to eat at the fancy Overlook restaurant every night so we had to DoorDash since the market didn’t have much besides small snacks. Other than that, amenity were nice."

"Our stay was incredible, staff was super welcoming and professional and super sweet to my children. Hotel was clean and quiet and the hot tube and pool were great! We will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!"
