"From start to finish this is a fantastic property. They let us check in early before we went to the crater and the gal at the front desk was so sweet and gave all options for me to move around the property with an injury that made it hard for me to walk. The room was perfect! One of the nicest Ive ever stayed in and the property is so nice! Especially the pools and spas! Too notch property and will definitely stay again!"

"The cleaning staff was very good. the desk staff was horrible, the web site does not tell you about a $100.00 deposit and the check out clerk argued about giving it back. Not an enjoyable stay."

"Everything was clean. My only complaint was the bedding. They had a comforter that seemed glued to the bed and you could not move to cover your shoulders. I did get cold and the comforter seemed to small for the bed. Not a good night sleep."
