"Don’t stay here if you can help it. I stayed in what they call a “deluxe room”, but the walls were nasty, the baseboards had gunk all over them, the bathroom door had a hole in it like somebody punched it, paint was chipping on the walls, the glass plate inside the microwave didn’t even fit properly, and the closet light didn’t work. I was only staying for the night so I dealt with it. Upon arriving they charged me a $100 security deposit, said it was refundable and that I would get my money back within 3-7 business days after check out. It’s been well over 7 business days and I have yet to get my money back!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!"

"The room was well-equipped and clean. The public part of the property was welcoming. My check-in was flawless. When I checked out at about 10 am, no one was at the desk. No one knew where they were. Fortunately, a woman who looked like she might work in the kitchen was able to handle the computer program well enough to check me out."

"The staff were excellent! The property was well managed and clean. The Expedia advertisement was not clear about hot tub access, we ended up using the community tub at the resort pool. Found out later that only specific units had their own hot tubs. The other challenge was managing the air conditioning unit. The instructions in the binder were not specific to what we had and it did not function consistently with cold air."
