"I didn’t expect it to be amazing, the price was low…But the floor clearly was not swept or mopped. I went to a dollar tree nearby and mopped it about 7 times before the water stopped running black! The door handle was loose, so it didn’t feel safe even when “locked”. We were given a room in the back and it felt sketchy with all the semi’s parked behind it. On the morning of our checkout day but well before checkout time, I walked out to load and my key didn’t work to try and get back in the room fortunately my daughter was still inside, we tried the other key and it also didn’t work…"

"I had a very frustrating experience during my stay this weekend. I booked a king room with a pull-out sofa so my family and I could comfortably stay in the same room. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that they no longer had that room type available. Their solution was to give us two separate rooms for the price of the one I booked, which at first sounds generous. However, the rooms were nine doors apart, meaning my 16-year-old daughter and friend would have had to stay alone down the hall. That completely defeated the purpose of booking a room with a pull-out sofa so we could stay together. The staff blamed the booking website, saying it allowed the reservation even though they were sold out. However, the hallways were always empty the entire time we were there, which made that explanation questionable. They also placed us in a disability-accessible room, saying it was the last one available. While standing at the desk, I overheard the employee on the phone telling someone they still had a single queen room available, which made the situation even more confusing. While I appreciate the attempt to compensate by offering two rooms for the same price. I did take the offer since it was late but I still ended up paying 2 state taxes and 2 room oppupencies. I felt it was poorly managed, especially since our confirmed reservation had been given away. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I expect when I make a reservation in advance."

"When we got to our room the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. Garbage was full and the toilet hadnt been cleaned. Front desk manager gave us another room and it was better. Overall it was good. "
