"Every thing was lovely we were well taken care of strawberries and Champaign for anniversary. Quite polite staff for most part. Check in lady not very nice and checking out lady not very nice. Sheets on bed were filthy and room cleaner refused to give clean sheets our whole stay. I had to use top sheet as a sheet."

"Amazing hotel! I travelled alone for the first time and felt so safe. The staff were very polite & always happy to help. There was always someone around tidying the lobby, providing water or checking the lift cleanliness etc. The room was spotless and a very good size. The location is 2 minutes away from a bus to the loop & 5 minute walk from the train. This was a brilliant stay and I couldn’t have asked for more! :)"
