"Such a fun place to stay. The staff was incredible! From check in and out to the bar, restaurant, pool, bellhops and housekeeping they all made us feel so special and well taken care of. We didn’t get the chance to enjoy the spa, but I can only imagine it’s great too. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We loved having drinks and lunch at the pool. Our room was clean and the soap and shampoo products were nice. Our room was near the pool but still very quiet. We enjoyed the patio space we had. That was a nice break from the pool party. We really liked that we could easily and safely walk to a lot of the areas we wanted to visit. If we couldn’t walk or didn’t want to walk, the staff outside were always quick to call a car or golf cart for us. They were also so nice with suggestions. The history of the property is super cool and it was nice to get that 1950s service that you just don’t get from most places anymore. "

"For it being an expensive hotel i dont like that you have to pay for parking and that you have to call room service to control the Air conditioner. Very nice hotel though"

"Needed to book a room for a night stay in Phoenix and decided to stay downtown. The hotel is centrally located in the downtown area and close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was a good size and I was much appreciative of the quick check in as well as the comfortable bed."
