"The hotel was clean and friendly. We were able to check in early and check out late, they were very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! Location could t be better either, we stepped out onto the beach! We are close to amusements, restaurants, and not super far from groceries. 10/10 a great place!"

"I really enjoyed our stay except for the issue we had with our key working, our second day our key stopped working and had to wait over an hour for them to fix it just to have it stop again on our 3rd day. at this point they did move us to another room for our last night, but I feel they should have just moved us the 2nd day instead of trying to just fix it. the upgraded room was great, and my granddaughter loved the view from the balcony. overall we had a great trip and will stay again the next time we come to Galveston. The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful and we loved how close you all were to the beach."

"We had a real nice room with a couch and a desk. Very roomy and the air conditioners worked well. Hotel was nice and clean. If there is only one bad thing I can say is that they didn't have anyplace to hang towels and we had to put the soap and shampoo on the floor in the shower. No biggy."
