We had a fantastic time at the Lords of the Manor, it really is an exceptional hotel. A very relaxed atmosphere and the staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. They were especially accommodating with our dog who stayed with us. The hotel gardens are huge and we’re a lot bigger than we thought, stretching down to the river. It’s a great place to explore the Cotswolds.

I stay in a lot of hotels with my work trips and this is one of the best if not the best place to stay. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with a warm, helpful and happy check in. All the staff are extremely polite and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing and pleasent as possible. This hotel is worth ten stars, the staff are so professional and friendly, food is amazing, spa is upkept to perfection standards and extremely relaxing, all set in the the most beautiful surroundings. Beds very comfortable, especially the pillows, rooms are large and when you drive away from this piece of heaven, you start booking your next stay in your mind.

Lovely place to stay - beautiful part of Bath, we walked everywhere with ease,(galleries, shops, cinema, restaurants etc) and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Sweet staff.

Wow! What an amazing two days. We stayed in the King Henry VIII Suite, which was such a fantastic experience. The restaurant meals were superb and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is good. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy and particularly pleased to find fresh milk in the fridge!

If you want to treat yourself to a fabulous hotel, this is the place. A very comfortable and relaxing place to be. Attentive staff, where nothing seemed too much trouble. And a truly fantastic restaurant. For us this was a very rare treat, but what a treat it was!

The hotel is charming, elegant and comfortable in a wonderful setting. The restaurant service is excellent. A couple of small points. It would be an addition to one of the 3 lounges if a bar were installed to add further atmosphere particularly in the evening. I was not asked if I would like a news paper in the morning, which I subsequently learnt was included in the rate. The coffee in the morning breakfast was very weak. Would I return? definitely.

All staff helpful and friendly , clean and well presented room. In room tea/coffee making , plus some nice biscuits. Good breakfast included too.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The food was exceptional and the staff were attentive and friendly. The VIP perks were fantastic, late checkout, food allowance of £75. The only one we did not receive was a room upgrade.

A quirky place with great food and service. The location is perfect for driving to all areas of Cornwall.

We had a fantastic stay, by far the cleanest hotel & room we have stayed in - (& that’s quite a lot!). Excellent food & lovely, helpful staff, Nicole particularly gave top notch service. Very vegan friendly which is hugely appreciated! Gorgeous hotel & decor. Our cosy room was perfect, not really that small either! Highly recommend the afternoon tea - we will be back!

Lovely little hide away hotel with a sweet little courtyard with very pleasant out door dining. Very efficient staff in the restuarant, excellent service, excellent food. Whole experience was a pleasure. Only issue was we had to pay for overnight parking,which run out at 9am in the morning.
