"I don't come for casino use i came to facilitate business and get some R and R for my entire stay TV was out which i was fine with. My initial room had no hot water overnight 😒. The pool has limited lounge chairs its like hunger games. Room turn dowas requested for only one of 4 nights it never happened. Charging per hour after check out with so many discrepancy was a bit annoying. Pool was out of service spa hot tub and sauna was put of service. I will say staff in Coastal restaurant Rylie Ben Daryl and Ms. Diane at Seven stars made up for it. I typically LOVE Harrahs but this time i was disappointed 😞 "

"This place was affordable, but they had a LOT of rules. Mgmnt discouraged taking breakfast to the room, but there's a whole kitchen in the room. Didn’t make sense. Had to request the front desk to let you into the pool. Did appreciate the quiet designation, to help remind my 6-y-o!"
