"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurants on site are a bit pricey so we opted to eat elsewhere but a great location and many spots were a short Grab ride (like Uber) away such as Alaya Mall and all their restaurants. It gets extremely busy and check-in time so expect a long wait. Swimming area was a great way to cool off with very clean amenities like the public bathroom, shower, sauna and steam room. Pool bar was great but ordering food is a bit slow as well. Overall still a great experience."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel 101 overall. What truly stood out was the staff. They were very friendly, approachable, and consistently helpful from check-in until check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and that kind of service makes a big difference. The room was clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining the space throughout our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning unit seems to need maintenance, as it wasn’t performing at its best. The towels, while clean, were already worn out, with some discoloration and thinning fabric. Replacing these would definitely elevate the guest experience. Breakfast was okay. Not exceptional, but still decent enough to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, made even better by the excellent service of the staff. With a few improvements, this hotel can easily provide an even better experience."

"Place was nice and exciting but dated everywhere . Food at Benjarong under qualified to charge too much. Pantry breakfast was amazing. Areas behind the koi pond a bit unkempt and needs cleanup and sprucing and around the property. Water pitcher is environmentally friendly but a bit of a work for guests to walk to refill station without bothering room service every time you need a refill. Across all staff, they are ALL amazing."

"Let’s start by saying the pictures look different from what you get!! First the room is so small. If you have two large suitcases. Good luck! Second!! Place was dirty when. I arrived. Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! Banging on the door 6am 8am noon. And it’s always a new person asking about it. The final straw for me was finding roaches! Once I saw that I packed my bags and found a new place. "
