"One thing I don’t like in this place is NO valet. They use cheap shower curtains. We went to their breakfast buffet staff are not helpful they don’t come and ask what you need specially those senior citizens who can’t hardly get up and wanted another round of coffee or juices or food. What I observed was nobody gives tips at all. Even if it’s a buffet I always give tips I know how hard they work."

"Location is nice but room is dated. Could be cleaner. Service very slow. Hospitality is great, but you need to really flag down someone for help when assistance needed. Room really needs better cleaning. Shower head was molded and had to ask them to change and clean. When calling front desk, service requested was extremely slow."

"VERY clean room. Had a great stay. Kitchen & Comfort room and even the bathroom are exceptional. Design of the room is what my liking (color pink). They provided toiletries and even guest kit and slippers. Their towels, bedsheet and blankets are vert clean and sanitized. A quite and placeful place, perfect for couple who wants to rest. They also had laundry machine that works very fine."

"I’ll keep it short, Pros: - staff is helpful - location is near airport - price is decent - AC is frozen cold - good size rooms - adjustable mini fridge shelf rack Cons: - AC is really really cold (thermostat can’t be fine tuned) - old/classic amenities (depends if you like it that way) - breakfast buffet menu is very limited - elevators are too small/cramped - neighborhood isn’t ideal for walking around outside - hot/cold water fluctuates in the shower. Bath tub drains slowly. - lacking in baby-friendly amenities (bottle sterilizer, baby bath tub, cutlery)"
