"Watch out when you book for a VIP deal/feature…..it’s not recognized right away by front desk staff. Apparently, you’ll have to call the hotel prior to arrival and let them know of any VIP features or requests. Our visit to this property will be the first and last. A few things stood out that made us rethink our stay. Pros: (1) The room was clean. (2) The bed was comfortable. (3) There’s a mini fridge and microwave. (4) there’s a Keurig in the room. Cons: (1) No visible security to the hotel; anyone can just walk into the hotel side without confirming if hotel guests or not. (2) There’s only a window AC unit in the room,,,giving a motel-vibe. (3) There curtain is too short (because of the window AC) which means the room will not be completely blackout in the day time. (4) The property is in the middle of nowhere. Too far away from anything. (5) casino is too small and too smoky! Bottom-line, unless you’re there to getaway from civilization and just relax in the room, it’s not too bad. But if you’re looking to do some gambling, this place is small and other casinos are too far."

"The room itself was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and suggested to our guests that they stay here too. I checked in 11:30 at night on Thursday and it took 25 minutes in line before I got checked in. We learned from numerous guests that it took up to 2 hours for them to check in… not great. The best part is that on our check out day, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40 am, we said we would be out at 10. We looked out the peep hole and realized she was standing there waiting. At 10 on the dot she knocked again. Frustrating that check in was so time consuming but they waste no time in kicking you out. "
