Pala Casino Spa And Resort

"The room is old and the bed was uncomfortable pillow sizes like children pillows, I woke up the next morning with a neck pain, didn’t get any rest, the slots are tight I lose $2,428.00 , the food very expensive . Casino homeless begging for money I used to like Pala back in 2023-2024 totally went downhill. I’ll take my business elsewhere, better to drive a little farther to Palm Springs. Never again. I had to pay resort fee after all the money I spend , I asked if they can waive it they said “no” bye Pala you’ll n ver see me again."

"Helpful staff in a very nice place. The rooms were absolutely huge, clean and tidy. Only stayed there for one night but the rates were great on Expedia. It's located in a swanky area of Ramona, California and I was pleased to see how easy check-in was and how helpful the staff was. Would certainly stay there again."

"We had an excellent time here. We checked in, got the radiant suite which was beautiful overlooking the lake. Then, we took a walk around the property and sunk into the balcony watching the sunset! We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and it was an easy check out too. Def will be back:)"

"1. The pool area was extremely crowded...no loungers, chairs or even a bench were available. Lots of kids and some in the hot tub. 2. Our alarm clock went off in the middle of the 1st night...thanks to the previous occupants setting it!! The staff should check alarms to make sure they are not set. 3. The breakfast in their restaurant was very good. 4. This is an old resort...especially the bathroom could use a remodel. The bed was comfortable. 5. The location was right where we needed to be and the nightly rate was reasonable."
