"Clean room, much more affordable than a lot of places we priced. Great location for the exploring Black Hawk. The lack of humans at the check in desk past a certain point of day was a bit off putting (luckily the kiosk was irked properly or I don’t know what we’d have done, lol!). Otherwise a nice property. "Our family of 5 were very comfortable in the upstairs 2br condo with balcony overlooking the mountains in Estes Park. The place was clean and modern to our tastes, and was in short driving distance (about 2 min) to the RMNP, the Stanley hotel, and the downtown boardwalk. The breakfast was typical to most continental breakfasts and the staff were very helpful and kind. The one exception for improvement would be to fix the AC unit. Thankfully we stayed in early June when it was not too hot, and we were gone during the day when it was the warmest. We kept the screen windows open all day and night and that helped keep the place cool enough when we slept. Overall a great stay."

"Everyone that worked at hotel was very helpful and nice! When our fridge went out IL got a new one right away! He was wonderful! And because we lost food they reimbursed us a credit. We will definitely stay again. The casino staff was nice too. The room was very nice!"
