The customer service from Marcus was absolutely amazing!! He really tried to make things right.
The rooms on the other hand not so much. I paid for a King bed suite that had Mountain View’s. When I went to the room there were stains on the sheets. I was moved to a double queen room with no Mountain View. This 2nd room had stains in the shower along with metal sticking out from the bottom of the bed. If not careful could really cut up my legs. I was offered a 20% refund but when I contacted Expedia I was told they could not get ahold of anyone from the property. I was really hopeful for this place but sadly I’m disappointed with this property. Next time I’ll pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.
