"Our room was available late and despite being a no-smoking apartment, it stank of cigarettes when we eventually got in. I had a work function to make for 5o’clock so it was unfortunate. The reception staff swapped us to the penthouse and dealt with it well. The penthouse was roomy and light with a balcony and was available cheap on the day as it wasn’t booked.
