"The pool had a very strong chlorine smell. So bad we didn’t get to enjoy it for a long time since it hurt our eyes."

"This is a great place for families with a quick Starbucks and nice restaurant options. Indoor saltwater pool was active with teens seemingly having an awesome time. Despite the ongoing construction out front in parking lot, this did not place a damper on our visit one bit. We understand the need for improvements and renovations. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room smelled like dirty feet and wet dog. I am highly allergic to dogs and this was definitely a pet friendly hotel/room. Those types of rooms should be used dor that purpose and not guven to those without pets and allergies. We saw other comment cards at front desk complaining of the same smell in their room. Will NEVER go back."

"The establishment was nice and the room was nice but some of the staff were not very helpful and I felt they were being unexplainable rude to my family and guests making up rules for us specially. "

"Nothing to dislike. Super clean. Staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor HEATED pool or hot tub but area was very clean. Location was very walkable to great restaurants (Tuscan!) and independent coffee shops like Porch and Inspired. This trip we had chilly weather so we really enjoyed the electric fireplace in the room. This is our go-to Lake Geneva hotel."
