"The room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed the cookies, tea and chocolate the hotel provided in the room. The hotel staff was particularly helpful in storing my luggage while I walked around the city both before check in and after I checked out. The location was fantastic!"

"Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Any time I interacted with the staff they were helpful and friendly, they truly care about customer service. Didn't check out other facilities (eg gym) or restaurants but hallways and room was very clean. Staff was responsive to requests."
