Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

The hotel was amazing. 5* service and rooms - it was amazing. A little expensive, especially since you have to pay a lot for breakfast and food/drinks at the hotel, but I guess this is country-wide since a lot of places are expensive in Switzerland. At first glance the Zurich Marriott may seem remote from the city centre, in reality it’s a great location just a quick walk from the main train station and en route to catch the frequent trams to and from Zurich airport.
The hotel team are exemplary and on hand to ensure your stay is first class. The hotel’s decor is smart and contemporary without feeling gauche. It’s a calm relaxed environment.
The only downsides are the gym didn’t have kettlebells and the breakfast buffet offers too...
