On the website it looks like the gym is a hotel amenity, instead, you have to pay 15 CHF to access it. There are little snacks at extortionate prices. The room was dirty, there was a sticky stain on the "bedside table", there were shoe prints on the floor and the toilet was dirty. I had cold shower on the first day because there was no hot water. "

"The staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. The property is superbly located near Zurich station and right on Bahnhofstrasse. The room was a good size. The shower was excellent. The hotel is established and here and there a bit tired. It would not prevent me from staying again but it needs a bit of care here and there."
