This is not a fancy hotel, but it’s definitely clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast is good, with adequate selection of food. Added bonus is its location. It’s a walking distance from the Wallisellen train station and to a shopping mall as well!

We liked our stay there because the room was pretty clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning was great. Staff was very helpful. Train station or bus stop was on a walking distance. It was very easy to go to city centre, old town and airport. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but like other hotels, tea and coffee could have been complimentary, even if we didn’t have breakfast, otherwise, it was a good choice to stay there. No regrets! Thank you!

It was fine, travellers should bring their own shower things as the amenities are only the basic hair/bodywash and handsoap. The room was clean enough. The breakfast was not that great, no vegan/gluten free/lactose free options were available and the selection in general was basic at best.

As two young females, we were put on the ground floor. This wasn't necessarily a problem except we were right next to a fire escape door which was wedged open, so anyone off the street could just walk in. Given this is out of town, in a very dark quiet street and there were a bunch of youths sat outside drinking when we arrived, this felt really unsafe. To make this worse, the corridor (which was a means fo escape) was full of stock (beer) and wooden pallets. This is a huge fire hazard and shouldn't be allowed. The room was clean. But the noise from the ventilation unit actually made it impossible to sleep. Finally, we wanted to add breakfast to our stay in the morning. We went to reception after being told it was 24/7 to find a sign saying 'you will find me in the kitchen'. The kitchen was cordened off. We therefore ended up having to leave to breakfast elsewhere. I am not someone who would usually write a bad review but considering the price of this place, you need to do better.
