"We had a pleasant stay. Every staff member was nothing but nice!!! Room was clean. Great options at breakfast. No complaints at all!!"

"The hotel ia absolutely beautiful. Once you walk in you are greeted by amazong staff and a huge chandelier. My room was clean up until it started flood. It didnt matter the room change my room flooded. My second room shower leaked from the cracks with my actual shower off. The doorway to enter/exit my room was soaked. Messed up a few socks and bottoms"

"Hotel was mostly a good stay. I stayed Thursday-Monday my room was never cleaned even with me asking twice I had to get new hotels from the front desk every morning because they were never replaced. Staff was friendly every time I encountered them. In my opinion there are other hotels to stay in"

"Staff is friendly but this place has serious maintenance issues. first, TV remote doesn't work. No big deal, went to front desk to get replaced. Then shower won't turn on - handle is stuck and there is literally NO WATER. Their solution (b/c there was no one to fix it there) was to have us shower in a room across the hall. by the end of the day it was fixed, but then the TV hot green pixellated lines all across every screen. While the staff apologized, no one offered to refund us a portion of our stay or explain how it was possible for there to be no water in the shower (like, how did the cleaners clean the tub if there was no water?) Won't be staying here again. "

"Our room was just a little bit late being ready but that’s my only complaint. The man working the front desk was super nice. Also, if I was a woman staying alone I don’t think I would want to stay on the first floor. it’s ground level with large windows. I was with my fiance so it was fine but otherwise I probably would have wanted to be on another level just to feel safest. "
