"The place is centrally located, about a 5 minute walk to Time Square. Lots of eating options around and the subway station is about a block away. The room was small, but was plenty as I was there to vacation not to have a huge room. Easy in and out. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I wish I would have checked out the bar by the lobby but was out and about the entire time. "

I don't usually write reviews, but the staff at the Hotel St. James clearly take pride in what they do and deserve to be recognized for it! From the maintenance and up keep of this historical building to the overall cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the front desk clerks (with the most NYC accents you've ever heard), it's clear they know what they are doing at this adorable hotel.
