"I loved our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise. The staff were so helpful and informative. Our room was clean and they made our bed daily and gave us fresh towels daily. Housekeeping was so kind and helpful as well. They also helped us on our last day when we needed someplace to change and clean up before our late flight and after their hours of room check out. "

"Do not believe the pictures. This hotel is run down and old. I reserved for 5 nights and checked out after one night. The hotel is poorly maintained. Our glass patio door fell off the rails and was blowing in the wind 11 floors above the pool below. After multiple attempts to call the front desk for help, I resorted to calling 911. Do not book this hotel."

"The room had great views and had wonderful amenities like a bathrobe and water bottle. Beach chairs, towels and bikes were readily available. The location was great, right across from the park and far enough away from the craziness of Waikiki, but close enough to walk there in a flash."

"The room was not as clean as I would have liked upon check-in (stains on walls and curtains, hair in bathroom, spots on faucet, sand on balcony) but the staff made up for it by cleaning the room perfectly everyday. The housekeeping manager personally called to apologize which I never expected. Overall this hotel is good but what makes it great is the staff so kudos to all of them. "
