"When booking it was self park, upon arrival it changed to valet park and it felt uncomfortable checking in. When checking out and trying to get a refund expedia and the circle hotel refused even though we were uncomfortable with the front desk staff, how loud it was in the room from the AC, and the change for parking which was not communicated to us."

I expected more since there was also a daily resort fee (about $50 per day). Not my best stay at a Sheraton property - not sure if I would stay here again. "
