"The staff were very friendly and made check in very efficient. There is a Starbucks, ABC Store, and an arcade (as well as gift shops) on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to find things you may need. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are very clean, modern with upgraded furniture and bathroom fixtures. I would DEFINITELY stay here again"

"Most outstanding was the view of Diamond from my hotel window. Convenient location for my needs. Friendly staff! Restaurant ops was great! And the coffee and food spot was also great! I will stay here again definitely!"

"We always stay here. Perfect location. You have the beach on one side and great shopping across the street. The restaurants at the hotel are great. You can sit in the rocking chairs and watch the day go by, total relaxation!"

"We booked an ocean view room. The photo on line did not show that you look down on top of the hotel and parking entrance/lot. A bit misleading. Furniture in room a bit hard and bed a bit too firm. The room itself was very nice. Service was excellent. The grounds are gorgeous. I would not stay on that side of the hotel again however. Dolphins were amazing to watch."

"The properties right across the street from the beach although the beach is super busy. Staff were always very happy and helpful. It’s a bit of a dated hotel but the price was right. Also there is NO pool on site and if you have a rental car all they offer is valet parking there at $65 per day. It’s very hard to get street parking. All in all it was a good experience"

"Everything was amazing! We had a late flight out and they accommodated us by allowing us to use the pool and a courtesy refreshment room. And also storing our luggage for us for the day.. We thought we were going to be wondering around for hours but it was like another day of relaxing."
