Everything about this hotel exceeds expectations. The staff are extremely attentive, kind and helpful in every part if the hoteL. I can’t praise them enough. Room was spacious with tea/coffee and plentiful free water, with large modern bathroom. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious esp the crepes. We needed a hotel for a relaxing few days in Muscat and this fitted the bill perfectly. Pool was great and despite the pictures on the web it was a relaxing area for a drink - just avoid it on Sat afternoons when it's overrun by kids having lessons. The room was spacious and the breakfast was great - almost everything you could want was on offer. A great stay at an amazing location. Staff were very attentive without being overbearing, especially Husan who looked after us on the private beach. Snorkelling with Turtles was a real treat. Breakfast was wonderful and once again staff were very good. We have been recommending this hotel to all our friends and colleagues. Thank you

Wonderful hotel with staff that went above and beyond to make myself my wife and our son welcome. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was superb. The pool was clean and the whole hotel was a delight to stay at!

This hoyel was excellent. Free shuttle bus to town, private beach and great amenaties.

Breakfast was a wide choice and they made special gluten free pancakes for me. But if coeliac please check. Local Honeycombs and other produce. Staff were really helpful when I went to the beach on always accompanied me to check all was ok. Is it the prettiest no! But everything is well thought out and works. The staff are what makes this hotel.

Mutrah hotel is well located, between the eastern end of the super highways of the Capital area, and old Mutrah and Muscat. I needed to visit in Mutrah, and could walk the mile from the hotel down to the Souk, and through to the Corniche, with its famous fish-market at one end. After 12 nights here and as a 40+ yr old Solo western female I can honestly say that this hotel and irs super staff could not hace done anything more to make me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there. Nice hotel in a reasonably convenient location for visiting places of interest in Muscat. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurants and excellent swimming pool facilities.

We stayed for three nights for a mixture of business and holiday. Good room, good service throughout. My only complaint - having to pay for wifi.
