This hotel is absolutely top class. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well laid out with large well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread included in the price is very good with something for everyone.
The Arctic Light restaurant open in the evening serves great reasonably priced food.

Amazing hotel. Room was lovely, food left was vast and unbelievable quality. Starbucks pods and the chocolate, amazing. Shower was best ever had.Yolanda on email is amazing to talk to. Within 30secs from town centre, withing 10secs from cracking burger and pizza restaurants for great take away. Within minutes from play park for kids, couple of hundred yards for the bus stop to Santapark/Santa Village/Airport.

A great hotel with a real sense of warmth and tranquility, fantastic staff and clean well made rooms. It sits at the top of the Ounasvaara hill, so prepare for it, but we loved it. The views over the forest, with the town beyond, are lovely.
It's a lovely walk along the forest path down to Rovaniemi (about 2km), we stayed in October and there was no snow. Be prepared for the climb back up, or hop in a taxi for a short ride.
The restaurant is a real highlight: local flavours, beautifully served...

Staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. As a stranded passenger who finally found refuge in this accommodation and getting excellent service from the frontline just make our delay all good again. I dont remember the name of the staff but we were there on 21 dec 3 pm till 22 dec 9am. Both time the gentleman and the lady at the reception was excellent.
Our apartment was awesome. Clean, bed was very comfortable. Only complain was we could hear people outside the apartment running up...

We stayed for the night on our way to Ranua.
The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely and even something for our youngest, fussy daughter.
We wanted to go to Santa’s village in the morning before getting the bus to Ranua and were able to leave our luggage in their cupboard whilst we did.
The bus goes from across the road to Santa’s village.

This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. Highly recommended

My 2 teens and I had a wonderful stay in the invisible forest lodge resort. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t imagine a better experience. The food was exceptional- both breakfast and dinner were outstanding for choice and quality. The staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. The lodges were beautifully designed, well equipped and warm and really do have a private hot tub on the deck! This is such a great addition.
My son had a medical incident one evening and they remained calm...
