A little dated but still an excellent hotel
"Hotel was a little dated, but was very nice, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, tram and train links were 3 minutes walk away. Area had quite a few places to buy food and there were a number of convenience stores. Also the Belvedere Quarter and Botanic gardens were right behind the hotel ..."

"Nice hotel and very comfortable bed. Not having complementary water in the room seemed a bit cheap. Reception staff friendly but hotel bar staff inattentive. Gave up trying to get a drink after 15 minutes waiting . Very well located hotel"
