You need to queue long for any request at reception (such as a room card not working) as there are only 2 counters and the check in process is inefficient. I recommend this hotel to anyone as it is close to shops and historic buildings. Great staff, clean room and amenities. breakfast is also good with variety of selection. Hotel area feels very safe to walk around. Close to train station and The mall.
