"Fantastic hotel situated right in the centre of Vienna. Room, shower & bed were first class. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel staff keep a low presence but are always very welcoming and willing to help. It is a wonderfully eclectic hotel. However I booked knowing the shower/toilet are frosted glass areas in the room but still not a fan of this arrangement. Also I do miss coffee/tea facilities in the room although this is available from a communal area on each floor. Breakfast was very good. A small selection but everything was fresh and having a barista coffee in the morning rather than coffee from a machine was a bonus. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have better signage on the stairs as it did get confusing especially when looking for the breakfast area from the stairs rather than the lift."

"It was a fine stay - great location; the physical property is very nice, serviceable. I think I caught a weekend when the price was elevated (marathon). So the expense (~$500 euro / night) made it an unfavorable relative to the room quality"

"Room was okay, there was a rather annoying beep which could have came from the crossing below, plus the road noise is rather loud. Staff were okay, when we ran out of toilet paper (due to housekeeping not replenishing it) they said go to the communal bathrooms downstairs and get some. Housekeeping come rather late in the afternoon so bear this in mind if you want an afternoon relax in your room as you may not be able to. Shower in the room was okay, it runs directly from the hose so it’s like a jet, plus the step into the shower from the bath is pretty steep! "
