I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. They really provided exceptional service. The hotel has lovely ambiance, being turn of the century and the room was spacious and well equipped. They also provided free train passes for the...

An exceptional stay and a truly memorable experience at Hotel Sbtel, Delhi! The hotel offers an excellent blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean, fresh, and hygienic, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, with an impressive variety of options, while dinner at Loya was equally enjoyable. What truly sets the experience apart is the staff, whose warmth, courtesy, and genuine eagerness to go above and beyond make every guest feel...

When we arrived we were allocated a room at the front (room 204?), it was quite noisy due to dogs barking. When we spoke to reception about it the following morning we were immediately moved room to a better room at the back (201) without any question or argument. The hotel is in a very narrow alleyway in Old Delhi, cars cannot get to the hotel but staff were very helpful carrying our bags to the taxi. Don't let the location put you off as it's a really interesting area wandering down the little...

Hotel staff was really friendly and had a great stay there. Everything was really good . And the location of the hotel is really close to the market + the metro

This hotel offered a brilliant service from start to finish! I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there! When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped and the restaurant downstairs had a lovely menu and tasted very nice. The hotel is planning to expand to...

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Receptionist was particularly helpful: we told him what we would like to see and he made useful suggestions regarding how we could make the most of our stay. The hotel arranged affordable day transportation to historical sites like the Taj Mahal in Agra, which included visits to other places of interest. The taxis were clean, the drivers were polite and adequately knowlegble about the local history. Furthermore, they did not hurry us; they urged...

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Namaste Hindustan. The location is excellent and very convenient for travellers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is also a safe and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely love to stay here again

This is the best budget hotel I have come across so far in my 10yrs of travel in some part of Europe,India and SE Asia. The best you can get for your hard earn money. I want to see this hotel chain all over in India and competitors beware of this Idea or get ready to revamp your business. Even they have wonderful cafeteria Best location(2 min walk from New Delhi railway station),best bed, clean room, mineral water, clean bathroom, nice shower, clean towels, best toiletries, locker etc..what...

A first class hotel and very good value for money! The staff are all extremely attentive and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. The emails I sent beforehand to arrange the room and airport pick up were all handled quickly and professionally by friendly staff. Complimentary snacks were much appreciated and, although we were not around to try the food here much, what we had was very nice. We had room 103 which gave us a fascinating outlook onto a side street - there was always something...

It was a pleasant experience . Very clean. Well located too

Lovely property with ambience and its Chandani Chowk so it’s got the real feel for old Delhi

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Loved the amenities and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hospitality and comfortable rooms. The beds were cozy, the washroom was clean, and the overall ambiance felt premium. The hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Backpackers was great! The staff are really helpful and friendly including helping us book trains. The Delhi Belly food tour is an also good, a great way to explore the bazaars and alleys of old Delhi.

A busy and noisy area of the city, but it all seemed a bit like that. But the hotel was a very pleasant oasis, with charming and very helpful staff. Room excellent, food very good. Thank you.
