Thanks to all staff for a lovely stay. The hotel is conveniently located and breakfast is plentiful. Dining options are limited, but the surrounding locality offers plenty of choice. As far as I could tell the staff are cheery and focussed. The only snag was some noise upstairs.

This one is a clean hotel with very polite, helpful staff. The room is large, spacious, with A/C working beautifully. Shower and the bathroom are well appointed as well and hot water is steady. The free breakfast downstairs is decent with many good choices. Their coffee could be better, but no complaints. The only negative for this hotel is the road it is next to. This road is very very busy and is always crowded with vehicles endlessly honking and polluting the surrounding area with smog. But for this, the hotel is a great choice.

The Duty Manager Mr. Mohd Aadil Khan, as well as the rest of the team at reception, housekeeping and room service are very friendly, professional and attentive. The rooms are very clean, have a comfortable beds and a wonderful bathroom. We stayed there twice and can highly recommend it! Thank you.

The hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean. Staffing was very helpful. Restaurant was good. The only thing is about location. If is in the middle of a crazy street. Traffic, noisy and many people around.

My stay at best western was really good. The property is neat and clean and the staff ensures that the rooms and linen are cleaned everyday. Not all the rooms have windows, so if you are looking for a room with window, please opt for Premier rooms. I had a pleasant experience running into Vandana at the front desk. She greeted us with a smile always and was helpful in all aspects. I am definitely coming back! The location is a busy one, the intent of my trip was shopping nearby, hence it worked well for my family.

4 day stay

The staff is wonderful. From front of desk to waiter Rahul Yadva was outstanding. We struggled with heat controls but staff was awesome and it could have been ooerator error. My only negative is that the neighborhood is dicey and we were advised not to go out on the street. Although I never felt uncomfortable ot was clearly working class but i can not complain about staff or facility. Restuarant was decent. Excellant breakfast dinner good but limited esp if you cant eat spicy spicey food.
