"Surprised my daughter for 16th birthday with a trip to Melbourne and both her and I were completely in awe with the hotel I chose. We were warmly greeted by the beautiful and friendly staff. Our room was situated on the 32nd floor and the view especially at night was breathtaking. It felt like we were in an underwater world. The hotel was so beautifully designed and i absolutely love the scent in the lobby. There is nothing that I can fault about our stay at the Oakwood Premier. It was everything we’ve ever hoped for and more."

"We arrived earlier than expected with an unplanned flight change by the airline. We were supposed to have arrived the night before instead of late morning. Donna was amazing and checked us right into a room. She was amazed to learn we were from Las Vegas as she hadn't has customers from where she use to live and work. She even stopped us on our way back from an AFL game as she was turning a corner in her car and saw us. She wanted to know how our evening was. Donna is amazing employee for her employer."

"Location is perfect, close to CBD and Southbank. Room is spacious and comfortable, great room facilities; it has everything you need in the room. Breakfast restaurant was very poor and would not recommend anyone to eat there... shame as everything else from reception to service to room was great. "
