"First impressions are vital with new customers like we were. Jose welcomed us at reception and was absolutely amazing. Not only did we get to check in early but he also gave us a room upgrade after we signed up to be a member. All of the staff were amazing the room was perfect and we also had food and cocktails in Atlantic gate which was also faultless. "

"Lovely hotel - great location and a really good sized well equipped gym. Pool area also pleasant - with sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast is also a great spread. Would 100% book this as hotel of choice on any return visit to Bournemouth. "

"Fantastic stay! The only thing this hotel is missing is it's own restaurant for dinner. And it's at the top of a very steep hill which, after enjoying many of Bournemouth's fine restaurants, is bloody hard to climb. The room was immaculate, the staff responsive and professional, highly recommended."
